The Mazda Bravo is quite some workhorse! If a versatile pick-up is on your mind, then the Mazda Bravo is worth taking a look at. The Mazda 6 comes with a V6 4.0 litre 12 valve engine that is linked to a 5 speed manual or automatic transmission. The Mazda Bravo comes as a two door standard-cab as well as a dual cab for those who want more passenger room. The tray out the back also comes in a variety of options from the standard bed to a utility bed with double wall construction, and interior and exterior rope hooks – so load sizes seem endless. As one would expect, the Mazda Bravo comes in 2 and 4-wheel drive models which makes the vehicle very versatile.
The interior boasts all the standard luxuries, including air-conditioning, a tilt-adjustable steering wheel and a 4 speaker AM/FM digital tuner with single CD player. The cloth seats are designed for hard work, and they are adjustable so that the best postion for you is easily located. The Mazda Bravo has considerable storage space, so you will enjoy making use of the centre console, rear under-floor storage bins and rear door storage bins for putting heaps of those little luggage items that inevitably find their way into the cabin by you, or those travelling alongside you. The Mazda Bravo has an auxiliary 12 volt power outlet to run a variety of add-on electrical appliances.
The Mazda Bravo’s limited slip differential, in conjunction with the four-wheel drive, will take you nearly anywhere you dare to go off-road. It also comes with an anti-theft alarm, remote locking doors and a superb engine immobilizer.
Out and about, the suspension system makes for a smooth ride without detracting from the handling or stability prowess of the big Bravo. Power steering is standard, and the load sensing brakes that adjust depending on the load that you’re carrying are razor sharp. In the event of an accident, there are side impact bars, a collapsible steering column and height adjustable head restraints as well as dual SRS airbags that help keep all occupants safe.
So if you’re looking for a truck that not only delivers the goods but can handle a trip out with your mates, the Mazda Bravo is the all-around work horse you need.
