If you’re the person that’s going to be driving the Toyota Hilux, and you are only ever going to need some extra seats occasionally to get workers to the site a few k’s away, then the 4×2 Extra-Cab Pick-up might be your answer. A shrunken down rear seat space isn’t going to be comfortable for any great length, but that’s alright if the trip isn’t far.
